The City of Pleasant Grove utilizes a Public Safety Department to manage its police, fire, and emergency management. Under this model, a Public Safety Director commands and directs all law enforcement, firefighting, emergency medical services, and 911 Public Safety Dispatch operations. Each department is subsequently overseen by a senior and highly experienced officer in their field who manages the day-to-day operations.
